Municipal By-elections, 28 July 2002
The OSCE/ODIHR established an Election Observation Mission in the Republic of Serbia/Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on 8 July 2002 to observe the early municipal election scheduled for 28 July in three municipalities in South Serbia.
