Presidential Elections, 30 October 2011

Following an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) deployed an Election Observation Mission (EOM) on 16 September.

Parliamentary Elections, 10 October 2010

Following an invitation from Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Ministry, and based on the findings and conclusions contained in the final report published after ODIHR's observation of the 27 June constitutional referendum, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 7 September to observe the parliamentary elections on 10 October 2010.

Constitutional Referendum, 27 June 2010

Following an invitation from Kyrgyzstan's authorities and based on the recommendation of a needs assessment mission, ODIHR deployed a referendum observation mission on 21 May to observe the 27 June constitutional referendum. Due to the security environment, ODIHR decided on 18 June not to deploy short-term observers as part of its ongoing observation of the referendum. It continued to observe the process as a limited referendum observation mission.

Presidential Election, 23 July 2009

Following an invitation from the Kyrgyz authorities and following the recommendation of a needs assessment mission, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 8 June to observe the presidential election on 23 July.

Pre-term Parliamentary Elections, 16 December 2007

Following an invitation from Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Ministry, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 21 November to observe the early parliamentary elections on 16 December.

Presidential Election, 10 July 2005

ODIHR, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, and the European Parliament deployed an international election observation mission to monitor the presidential election on 10 July 2005.

Parliamentary Elections, 27 February and 13 March 2005

In response to an invitation by Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Ministry, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission in mid-January to observe the 27 February parliamentary elections. A second round of voting on 13 March was observed on a more limited scale.
