Early Parliamentary Elections, 12 May 2013

Following an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria to observe the upcoming 12 May 2013 early parliamentary elections, the OSCE/ODIHR deployed a standard Election Observation Mission to Sofia.

Presidential and Municipal Elections, 23 October 2011

Following an invitation from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Bulgaria to the OSCE, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) on 28 September deployed a Limited Election Observation Mission (LEOM) for the 23 October 2011 presidential and municipal elections in Bulgaria.

Parliamentary Elections, 5 July 2009

Following an invitation from the Bulgarian Government and based on the findings and conclusions of a needs assessment mission, ODIHR established a limited election observation mission on 12 June to observe the parliamentary elections on 5 July.

Presidential Election, 22 and 29 October 2006

Following an invitation from Bulgaria's Foreign Ministry, ODIHR deployed an election assessment mission on 15 October to assess the presidential election on 22 and 29 October.

Parliamentary Elections, 25 June 2005

In response to an invitation from Bulgaria's Foreign Minister, ODIHR deployed an election assessment mission on 16 June to assess the parliamentary elections on 25 June.

Parliamentary Elections, 17 June 2001

Following an invitation from the Bulgarian authorities, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 19 May for the 17 June parliamentary elections.

Parliamentary Elections, 19 April 1997

At the invitation of the President of Bulgaria, ODIHR deployed an election observation mission on 10 March for the 19 April parliamentary elections.
