In anticipation of an official invitation to observe the presidential election in Azerbaijan scheduled to take place in October 2013, and based on the findings and conclusions of the OSCE/ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission, the OSCE/ODIHR has decided to deploy an Election Observation Mission (EOM). As a result, the OSCE/ODIHR is looking to recruit support staff for the below mentioned positions:

Anticipated employment start date: 24 August 2013 (for administrative positions) and 1 September 2013 (for programmatic positions).
Employment duration: approximately 6-7 weeks (for most positions). The selected candidates should commit to being available for the duration of the EOM.
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Remuneration/salary: Remuneration will depend on the qualifications and experience, in accordance with established OSCE rates.

Candidates for Drivers with vehicles position should indicate the CAR MODEL, CAR YEAR OF PRODUCTION and number of doors of the vehicle in the CV.

The working language of the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission is English.
