Following an invitation from the authorities of the Republic of Albania to observe the 23 June 2013 parliamentary elections, based on the findings and conclusions of the OSCE/ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission, and in accordance with its mandate, the OSCE/ODIHR deployed an Election Observation Mission for these elections.
