Commemoration events for the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

On the first day there will be a workshop and a launch of ODIHR's new publication, "Hate Crime Laws: A Practical Guide". On the second day there will be a roundtable discussion focusing on racism and xenophobia, "Racism in the OSCE Region: Old Issues, New Challenges".
