Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights

Every year in spring, ODIHR organizes a Human Dimension Seminar in Warsaw. The aim of these seminars, which usually last three working days, is to stimulate discussion and an exchange of information about human dimension issues of importance to the OSCE participating States.

Representatives of the governments of all OSCE participating States, international organizations and, as of 1994, non-governmental organizations are invited to attend the seminars.
