Subscriptions

The OSCE offers e-mail subscription services for media professionals and for other interested individuals. It is easy to sign up and receive notifications of OSCE press releases by e-mail about the activities, regions, institutions, and missions that you are interested in. Notifications are sent as soon as they are available.

Publications

ODIHR publishes handbooks and training manuals for OSCE staff and external partners that teach practical skills and provide hands-on guidance on how to follow up on a number of human-rights and election-related issues. ODIHR publications are available in English, Russian, and other relevant languages. They can be found in electronic format on the website, and hardcopies can be requested directly from ODIHR.
