The Alliance Expert Co-ordination Team (AECT) is a consultative forum involving leading agencies and experts in the field of combating human trafficking. It aims to develop strategic networking and partnerships among active players, facilitating exchanges of experience, best practices and lessons learned, as well as joint actions across the OSCE region.

The AECT has carried out a number of advocacy initiatives that have already shown it to be a viable forum for dialogue and concrete co-operation. Examples include expert advice provided to the EU Action Plan on Combating Human Trafficking in 2005, and the Alliance Statement on Demand at the HDIM in Warsaw October 2006.

Currently the AECT includes representatives from:

OSCE Secretariat

OSCE Institutions

International Organizations, NGOs and others
