The conference was organized by the OSCE Mission to Serbia in partnership with the SHARE foundation and the Embassy of the Netherlands and with the assistance of the OSCE Missions from the region and the office of RFOM.

This video illustrates the life of a young person when confronted with two types of reality. In the first scene, a high school female student playing piano enjoys the accomplishment award in the end. The second scene depicts the life of the student if she would choose another path of life by being involved in negative occurrences, and end up tragically in the end. The video aims at promoting positive values among the youth by sending a strong message to stay away from violence and build better future instead, benefiting both personally and the society as a whole.

Personal Envoy of the Swiss OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on Ukraine Ambassador Tim Guldimann briefed participating states and senior OSCE officials on Thursday 10 April 2014, at 10:00 in Vienna, on his latest visit to Ukraine and discussions with key parties on the ground.

Guldimann's briefing was followed by the first interim report of Acting Chief of the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Adam Kobieracki, and the introductory presentation of the newly appointed Chief Monitor Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan of Turkey.
