Award ceremony for best practices in Montenegro's local government

Organized by: OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Montenegro's Interior Ministry, Union of Municipalities

During this ceremony, awards will be given out for best practices in local government in Montenegro in 2012.

The ceremony will be opened by Ambassador Lubomìr Kopaj, Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro. Other speakers will include Montenegro's Deputy Interior Minister, Mladen Jovović, and the President of the Assembly of Unions of Municipalities of Montenegro, Aleksandar Bogdanović 

Awards will be given to the following municipalities:

• Bijelo Polje
• Podgorica
• Mojkovac
• Kotor
• Bar
• Kolasin

The OSCE Mission to Montenegro has been implementing a programme called Best Practices in Local Government in Montenegro for the past five years, in co-operation with Montenegro's Interior Ministry and the Union of Municipalities.
