PODGORICA, 27 November 2007 - Transforming Radio and Television of Montenegro (RTCG) into a public broadcasting service and European standards and practices in the field will be the focus of a media forum in Podgorica tomorrow.

The event, organized by the OSCE Mission to Montenegro and the Council of Europe Office in Podgorica, will give EU, the CoE, and local experts a chance to discuss the achievements and limitations of the transformation process.

Ambassador Paraschiva Badescu, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, and Ambassador Vladimir Philipov, the Special Representative of the Secretary General in the CoE Office in Podgorica, will speak at the opening.

Journalists are invited to attend the forum which starts at 10:00, on 28 November, in the Conference Hall of the "Ribnica" Restaurant, Podgorica.
