OSCE Mission to Montenegro to present Annual Court Monitoring Reports

PODGORICA, 7 June 2013 – Annual Court Monitoring Reports based on the data collected from September 2011 to December 2012, and two thematic reports - on detention frequency and justification of ordering detention, as well as on monitoring enforcement proceedings - will be presented in Podgorica on Monday, 10 June.

The reports are based on the results of monitoring of civil and criminal proceedings, as well as enforcement proceedings in the High Courts in Podgorica and Bijelo Polje and all basic courts in Montenegro.

Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission in Montenegro Waldemar Figaj; the  President of the Supreme Court Vesna Medenica; Deputy Minister of Justice Branka Lakočević; Acting Supreme State Prosecutor Veselin Vučković and the Director of the CEMI Zlatko Vujović will speak during the event.

Journalists are invited to attend the presentation scheduled to start at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 10 June 2013, at the Hotel ‘’Ramada”, Bul. Save Kovačevića 74, Podgorica.
