The OSCE Mission to Moldova closely observes the media situation in Moldova, including broadcasting reform. Following a presentation of a new draft of the Broadcasting Code by a group of civil society representatives on 4 May 2011, the Mission commissioned a legal review of the draft which was prepared by OSCE expert Dr. Katrin Nyman-Metcalf.
