CHISINAU, 9 July 2013 – The Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Protracted Conflicts Ambassador Andrii Deshchytsia; Special Representative of the Russian Federation Ambassador at large Sergey Gubarev and Special Representative of the Ukrainian OSCE Chairmanship on Transdniestrian Settlement and Ambassador to Moldova Serhii Pirozhkov will visit Chisinau and Tiraspol starting 10 July.
On 10 July representatives from the OSCE, Ukraine and the Russian Federation will meet in Chisinau with the Parliamentary Working Group on Transdniestrian Settlement and the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration and Chief Negotiator Eugen Carpov. Also, on Wednesday 10 July, Ambassador Deshchytsia will open the art exhibition “Artists building trust” in the Tiraspol Office of the OSCE Mission to Moldova on the occasion of the Mission’s 20th anniversary.
On 11 July, the delegation will travel to Tiraspol to meet with Transdniestrian leader Yevgeniy Shevchuk and Transdniestrian Chief Negotiator Nina Shtanski and to attend the meeting of the Chief Negotiators Eugen Carpov and Nina Shtanski.
Journalists are invited to a press briefing on 10 July in Chisinau at approximately 17:45, at the Government Building (entrance from Banulescu Bodoni street).
Journalists are also invited to the art exhibition in the Mission’s Office in Tiraspol, 1 Furmanova Street on Wednesday, 10 July, at 19.00.
On Thursday 11 July journalist are invited to attend the press briefing after the meeting of the Chief Negotiators, at approximately 12:45, at the Tiraspol Office of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, 1 Furmanova Street.
