Twenty six graduate law students will participate at the Summer School on Hate Crimes, organized by the OSCE Mission to Skopje in co-operation with MANU. The aim is to raise awareness among young academics on the concepts of hate crime and its detrimental impact on society.
Different topics such as freedom of speech, bias indicators, aspects of criminal proceedings, as well as the European Court of Human Rights standards will be presented and discussed. At the end of the School, it is expected that participants will be familiarized with the ways to prevent and counter hate and bias, both online and offline.
