Permanent Council Decisions

The OSCE Permanent Council is the Organization's main regular decision-making body. It convenes weekly at the Hofburg Congress Centre in Vienna to discuss current developments in the OSCE area and to make appropriate decisions.

For the first time, the full text of every Decision of the Permanent Council - from its first meeting in December 1994 to date - is now available online to the general public.
