Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe

As the OSCE Chairmanship rotates annually, the Chairperson-in-Office (CiO) is assisted by the previous and succeeding Chairpersons to assure continuity of the Organization's activities. Together, the three CiOs - present, past and future - form the OSCE Troika.

The 2010 Troika consists of the OSCE's current CiO - Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Eamon Gilmore, plus the Foreign Ministers of Lithuania, which held the OSCE Chairmanship in 2011, and Ukraine, which will chair the Organization in 2013.
