This conference is organized by the Spanish Chairmanship of the OSCE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.

The conference will be preceded by a Civil Society Preparatory Meeting on 6 June 2007 on the same premises (Drepturilor Omului Hall, level P). Delegations are welcomed as observers at this meeting. Additional information on the preparatory meeting is available on the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) website for the Tolerance and Non-Discrimination Information System (TANDIS).
