OSCE Office in Yerevan

The study carried out by the Civil Society Institute NGO with the support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan is aimed to advance the criminal justice reforms and contribute to the decrease of the number of prisoners. It includes analysis of domestic legislation in the light of international standards and a research of good international practices, also offering a set of concrete recommendations regarding main principles and criteria for decision-making, role of penitentiary institutions, supervision, changing the conditions and revoking early conditional release.
