Chairmanship

The Forum for Security Co-operation (FSC) is an autonomous decision-making body, subservient only to the OSCE Ministerial Council.

Since 2002, the FSC Chairmanship has rotated three times a year, at the end of April, August and December.

Spain is chairing the FSC for the first four months of 2008, to be followed by Estonia and Finland.
