Security Dialogue: SALW Projects: Case of the Republic of Moldova: – Presentation by Mr. O. Nicolae Babin, Vice Minister, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova; – Presentation by Lieutenant Colonel A. Camerzan, General Staff of the National Army of the Republic of Moldova; – Presentation by Ms. B. Balon, Head of the South Eastern and Eastern Europe Clearinghouse for the Control of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SEESAC), UNDP; – Presentation by Mr. L. Karakas, Politico-Military Officer, OSCE Mission to Moldova (Spain, Annex 1). Situation in and around Ukraine (Russian Federation, Annex 2). Christides, Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Permanent International Secretariat; – Ambassador A. Coşkun, Director General for International Security Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, 2017 Chair of the Document on Confidence- and Security-Building Measures in the Naval Field in the Black Sea; – Ms. A.
