2013 OSCE Security Days

The Night Owl Session is a part of the Security Days conference, which will gather prominent practitioners, experts from academia, think tanks, civil society, and the media. The conference is an opportunity to look at both current and future challenges to security, as well as to share new thinking and innovative solutions.

The idea for the Night Owl Session is to give a voice to young people who are creating security in their communities through online media. The event will feature speakers who are innovators, entrepreneurs, trailblazers and change-makers in their local communities. There will be opportunities for the audience to ask questions in person, via social media and through live web-casting.
