The large-scale conference Internet 2013 - Shaping policies to advance media freedom aims to enhance regional Internet freedom policies and to promote best practices in online media regulation for key policymakers and experts in the OSCE region.

Approximately 250 participants will attend, including representatives from the media, governments, academia, industry, civil society, as well as legislators and policymakers dealing with online media policies and regulation. The objective is to create a venue for discussion and analysis of the acute challenges, best practices and laws relating to the Internet policy area. Further details will follow.
