The theme of the Nineteenth OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum is "Promotion of common actions and co-operation in the OSCE area in the fields of development of sustainable energy and transport".
The Nineteenth Economic and Environmental Forum will consist of three meetings, including two preparatory meetings. The First Preparatory Meeting of the Forum, focusing on development of sustainable energy, will take place on 7-8 February 2011 in Vienna ". The Second Preparatory Meeting of the Forum will deal with the development of sustainable transport and will be organized in Lithuania, on 4-5 April 2011.The concluding Meeting will be held from 14 to 16 September 2011 in Prague.
The Economic and Environmental Forum is the main annual event of the OSCE's economic and environmental activities. The event gives political impetus to dialogue in this area and contributes to recommendations and follow-up activities
