The OSCE’s Junior Professional Officer (JPO) programme provides young graduates with an opportunity to gain OSCE Secretariat and field operation/Institution experience.  Two intakes for six young professionals are accepted each year, with the first three-month period being spent in the Secretariat, and the following six months in an OSCE field operation or one of the institutions. 

The Programme will continue in 2013 with two new rounds of six JPOs. A vacancy notice will be issued in December/January 2013 for the round commencing in April, and another vacancy notice will appear in May/June 2013 for the round commencing in October. We advise interested candidates who have graduated in a field relevant to the OSCE's activities to check the OSCE employment website under seconded vacancies during these months and apply using the online application form.
