Minimum requirements
- University degree in telecommunications, electronic engineering or related field or relevant experience in information, communications or networking

- Ability to provide technical advice and guidance, and to plan for the introduction and use of a wide range of communications equipment in field locations
- Knowledge of mobile and base station radio, satellite, PTT and cellular systems in support of voice and data communications systems.
Information technology and information management
Minimum requirements
- Degree in computer science or related field or proven 2 years professional experience in managing information systems and supporting users
- Experience of Windows NT 4.0 workstation and server, MS Office Suite, Internet with emphasis on network administration
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills in a technology environment with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment with multiple priorities
Security
Minimum requirements
- University degree in a field related to security and safety matters or evidence of specialized training or proven experience in law enforcement, security and safety matters in a civilian or military environment

Buildings management
Minimum requirements
- University degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, facility management or related technical field and/or proven professional experience in buildings management, construction, site inspection/engineering, sanitary and/or electrical engineering or related work in an international context combined with solid knowledge in the field of construction
- Experience in the implementation of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systems
