The focus of the OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum in 2007 is: "Key challenges to ensure environmental security and sustainable development in the OSCE area: land degradation, soil contamination and water management".
We are pleased to welcome you, on behalf of the Spanish Chairmanship of the OSCE, to the website of the 2nd Preparatory Conference for the 15th OSCE Economic and Environment Forum. The Conference will take place in Zaragoza, Spain, on 12-13 March 2007, and will focus on the topic of water management.
