Tracking School Dropouts and Non-attendance in Kosovo

This paper assesses patterns of school dropouts in Kosovo. It shows that there is a significant lack of reliable, official data on school dropouts, largely due to inadequate monitoring mechanisms. Based on its findings, the paper offers recommendations to relevant stakeholders to fully implement the legal and policy framework and protect the right to education. ()
