Secretariat - Conflict Prevention Centre

The capacity of the Conflict Prevention Centre to provide assistance to OSCE Missions and other field operations in the area of project management was strengthened in 2003 through the creation of a Programming and Evaluation Support Unit (PESU). The PESU supports the co-ordinated efforts of the field operations to plan, develop and evaluate their programmatic activities.
