Organized by: Belgian Chairmanship of the OSCE

Discussions will focus on how technology can help electoral systems meet certain standards of security, confidentiality, reliability, equality and efficiency, while also stimulating the active participation of citizens in the voting process.

The event will gather senior experts from the OSCE and other international organizations, as well as representatives of academia, non-governmental organizations, and government. Participants will exchange experiences, and identify challenges and opportunities presented by electronic-voting.
