It will also contribute to expansion of the number of professional local trainers, ensuring local ownership and building capacity of local partners. The participants will develop action plans and present them to local self-government and deputies in order to receive political and, where possible, financial support. The sessions will be delivered by professional local trainers.

Neighborhood inspectors, representatives of aksakal (elders) courts, women councils and youth committees will be among those who benefit from the training.
