The purpose of this OSCE-supported joint exercise is to simulate a governmental response to a possible terrorist attack or an incursion onto the territory of a hydropower station and to develop a mechanism to co-ordinate the actions of law-enforcement agencies and the power-station administration during the attack scenario.
Special forces from Kyrgyzstan’s Interior Ministry will take part in the simulation.
