Mediators provide "first aid" when local conflicts erupt in southern Kyrgyzstan

The Osh Field Office of the OSCE Centre in Bishkek is supporting groups of mediators from all walks of life who step in to calm conflicting parties and diffuse tensions when incidents of inter-ethnic or inter-religious conflict occur.
