To assist the population in staying abreast of the recent developments in the justice system the Office, in the framework of its Provision of Human Rights Advice to the Population project, prepared and published an updated version of the booklet "Applying to Court: Rules and Procedure".

The main objective of the updated booklet, published in the Azerbaijani language, is to provide the population with information on how to proceed when filing both civil and administrative claims with the domestic courts.

The publication is only available in Azerbaijani.
