In order to better understand the comprehensive efforts of the international community to counter terrorist activities, the ATU has developed an inventory of capacity-building programmes related to anti-terrorism in the OSCE area.

Whenever a participating State requests assistance, this inventory helps to avoid duplication and increases complementarity in capacity-building measures by the international community.
