The five-day conference has been developed in cooperation with UNHCR and the National Institute of Democracy and Human Rights of Turkmenistan. The event will cover the broad topic of international legislation in the sphere of human rights and will incorporate case studies developed by international experts from England and Turkey, material on Turkmen citizenship provided by experts from the National Institute of Democracy and Human Rights, as well as topics related to refugees from representatives of UNHCR.
