TIRANA, 27 November 2012 - The Head of the OSCE Presence in Albania, Ambassador Eugen Wollfarth, issued the following statement today, ahead of the country’s 100th anniversary of independence on 28 November:

“I send my best wishes to all Albanians celebrating this important anniversary of their independence. The OSCE Presence in Albania is proud to have supported the country in building a more democratic and prosperous life for its citizens over the past 15 years. I encourage the country’s stakeholders to draw on the spirit of unity needed to push forward the reform agenda to achieve Albania’s national goals for European integration.”
