The OSCE Presence in Albania offers employment opportunities to both local and international staff. Descriptions of the types of vacancies available can be found on the employment home page.

International contracted positions

Vacancies for international contracted positions are open to nationals of the 57 OSCE participating States and are advertised on the OSCE online recruitment system. Candidates will need to create a profile in the system before applying.

Positions for citizens of Albania

Citizens of Albania are eligible to apply for local professional and general service posts, which are advertised on the OSCE online recruitment system. Citizens of Albania are not eligible for international contracted positions in Albania.

Seconded positions

Candidates for seconded positions are nominated by their respective OSCE participating State. Please see the list of current seconded vacancies. For details of how to apply, see the seconded positions page.

Internships

The OSCE Presence in Albania occasionally provides a framework for graduate/postgraduate students or recent graduates or postgraduates to develop their professional skills and gain practical work experience in an international environment.  The aim of the programme is to expose interns to the work of the OSCE and to provide the Presence with qualified and specialized assistance in various professional fields. The OSCE is not in a position to provide financial assistance to selected interns.

Please note the OSCE Presence in Albania is currently not accepting unsolicited applications for internships. Any future openings will be announced via vacancy notices.
